Shipping & Chargeback Policy
By placing an order with Nova Nats®, you agree to the following terms:
Processing & Shipping Times
- All orders require 5–10 business days for processing before shipment.
- Shipping time begins after processing is completed.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or supply chain issues — but your order will be fulfilled.
Each order is crafted with care to ensure maximum quality. Our processing time reflects our commitment to delivering a premium product.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback before the stated processing timeframe is complete is considered a violation of this agreement.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel your order without notice
- Ban future purchases from your account
- Submit evidence — including IP address, order confirmation, checkout agreement timestamp, and delivery verification — to dispute fraudulent claims
Orders placed agree to our no-tolerance chargeback policy.
If you have concerns about your order, you must contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Signature Confirmation
Orders over $50 may require a signature upon delivery. Orders flagged for review (new customers, mismatched billing/shipping addresses, etc.) may also require signature confirmation. This is done to protect both you and Nova Nats® from fraudulent activity.
