Shipping Carriers
We currently ship orders using USPS and UPS.
International shipping is available worldwide. All shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Schedule
We ship once per week on Saturdays. All orders placed throughout the week will be shipped on the next available Saturday.
HANDMADE PRODUCTS Each product is made fresh by hand to order. Please allow time for preparation before shipping.
PROCESSING TIMES
- Standard orders: Ship on the next available Saturday after order placement
- Holiday weekends: We do not ship on major holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year's)
- During promotional sales: Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for processing due to high order volume
TRACKING INFORMATION You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will provide estimated delivery dates.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees required to resend the package to the correct address.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier (USPS or UPS), Nova Naturals is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Signature Required Delivery
For the protection of your order, all purchases over $70 will require a signature upon delivery. A small additional fee will apply to cover this service.
Free Shipping
Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. Free shipping orders automatically include signature-required tracking at no additional cost — your order is covered from our hands to yours.
We ship weekly. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure someone is available to sign for deliveries on orders over $70
