Refund policy
No Returns Policy Due to the nature of our handmade personal care products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot resell or restock products that have left our facility.
Order Cancellations Because each product is made fresh by hand to order, we begin preparing your order immediately upon receipt.
If you need to cancel your order before it ships, contact us at johnsonnovanaturals@gmail.com as soon as possible. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancellations due to the high demand for our products and lost sales opportunity.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us at johnsonnovanaturals@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Wrong Item Shipped If we shipped you the wrong product due to our error, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items All products are final sale once shipped. This includes:
- All handmade products
- Sale and promotional items
- Pre-ordered items
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
